
Megan Lucci is an Associate Attorney at Lupton Law. Megan Lucci serves as an Associate Attorney at Lupton Law’s West Chester, Pennsylvania office.
Megan Lucci graduated from William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2023, where she focused her studies on immigration and employment law. During her time there, Megan served as a legal intern for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia, assisting low-income members of the community resolve various personal legal crises. Megan also served as a representative for Lawyers Helping Lawyers and was a member of the Women’s Law Society and the Legal History Society. She is barred in Pennsylvania, and is authorized to represent clients in immigration matters in all 50 states.
Megan was born in Maryland and grew up the child of an active-duty service member. Spending her childhood living in a multitude of locations around the world instilled an inherent understanding of multiculturalism. As the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, Megan recognizes the importance of embracing the multitude of cultures that make up the United States. After graduating from Kinnick High School in Yokosuka, Japan, she attended the Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies. As an undergrad, she studied abroad in Rome and Southern Italy.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, debating the finer details of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Legendarium with friends, further exploring history, and spending time with her rescue dog, Rivkah.
