Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Lupton Law LLC’s text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Lupton Law LLC does not impose a separate fee for sending Lupton Law LLC’s text messages.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, Cricket, among many others.

How to Opt-In

To opt-in to receive text messages from a Lupton Law LLC’s text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided to you.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from a specific Lupton Law LLC’s text messaging program, text STOP to the five-digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the five digit number from which the text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Lupton Law LLC immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Lupton Law LLC of a phone number change by submitting a “contact us” form on the website sethluptonlaw.com.

You agree to indemnify Lupton Law LLC in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Lupton Law LLC if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Termination of Text Messaging

Your receipt of Lupton Law LLC text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Breaches of these Terms and Conditions

Without prejudice to Lupton Law LLC’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Lupton Law LLC may take such action as Lupton Law LLC deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
